My gratitude to the following people, our authors, whose wisdom and generosity have made this project live. My thanks too to a special friend, Irene Gaudet from Vitrak Creative who volunteered to assist me with the website and the assembly of the actual volumes. (Although, when she volunteered it was only meant to be a single volume with about 40 authors.) The project grew and her commitment remained steadfast in making sure we finished on time with a product that would honor the contribution of each of our authors.
